Terms

The terms on which this site is offered.

This is a small site for one book.

The writing

Why Indians Have Not Invented Anything, the Preface, the sample chapter and the Journal essays are the copyright of Rajendra Pradhan, 2026. All rights reserved.

You are welcome to read them, quote briefly from them with attribution, and link to them freely. You may not republish them in full, sell them, or present them as your own work. If you want to translate or reprint something, write and ask — the answer is usually yes.

The free chapters

The Preface and Chapter One are offered free to read. They are offered as they are, and may be revised or withdrawn.

Accuracy

The book makes an argument. It is offered as one person’s reading of a civilization, not as settled scholarship, and not as advice of any kind — medical, spiritual, financial or otherwise. Where the site describes the book’s specifications, availability or price, it aims to be exact; if you find something that is not, please say so and it will be corrected.

Buying

Orders arranged directly are described on the buy page and refunds on the refund page. Purchases made through a store such as Amazon are governed by that store’s terms.

Links out

This site links to other places on the internet. Those places are not under its control and are not its responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
