Privacy

What this site collects, which is almost nothing.

This site does not track you.

There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies. Nothing on this site attempts to identify you or follow you elsewhere.

What is stored on your device

Four small preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage, so the site remembers how you like to read it:

These never leave your device and are never sent to anyone. Clearing your browser data removes them.

What the server sees

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes ordinary technical information in order to deliver pages — including your IP address and the page requested. This is standard for any website and is handled under Cloudflare’s own privacy terms. It is not used to build a profile of you.

If you email

There is no signup form on this site and no mailing list. Where the site invites you to get in touch, it opens your own email program and writes to namaste@whyindians.com.

If you write, your address and message sit in a personal mailbox so that Rajendra can reply. They are not added to a list, not shared, and not sold. Ask and they will be deleted.

Buying the book

The site does not process payments and does not hold card details. If you order a signed copy, the arrangement is made by email and you supply a delivery address for that purpose only. If you buy through a store such as Amazon, that purchase is governed by their terms, not these.

Children

This site is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone.
